We care about our clients and get to know them. We want to help make sure you get the justice you deserve. We spend time getting to know you to advocate for your unique and specific circumstances when we fight your case. People often sign up with a big law firm that spends most of their time and effort on advertising only to realize that they are just a name on a client file, constantly forced to speak with support staff.
We embrace modern business practices, communication standards and technologies (hello text and zoom!) so we can move quickly on your case, unlike older, slower, more old-school firms.
The process to solving your problem is straightforward. Here is how it works.
Chat, text, call or message us to set up a free consultation. We know the law and we know how to build a strong case for our clients. As a licensed personal injury attorney in three states, J. Thomas Bagby has the experience and resources to obtain a fair and just verdict. If we are a good match to work together, we go over the contract, and once signed, we immediately start working on the case.
We begin Investigating the case by contacting witnesses and engaging experts. On injury cases, we track medical treatment to help make sure you or your loved one gets proper medical care. On property damage cases, we scope the damage and the replacement/cost to fix. From there, we prepare demand letters and negotiate with the other parties.
If we cannot reach a fair settlement, we file suit. You always have the final say on accepting or rejecting a settlement. Once we win a suit or settlement, we disburse money according to our contract. If we don’t win, you don’t pay.
